The Chinese newspaper “China daily” created this cartoon with the headline „Running out of steam”!  What the hateful China wants to convey with this probably doesn’t know itself. The main goal is clearly for China to create mocking, contemptuous cartoons about the US, regardless of whether the cartoons make sense or not.
